Pop House Sweden was established in 2014, consisting of Backstage Hotel (formerly Pop House Hotel) and ABBA The Museum. The company’s vision already back then was to become one of the world’s leading entertainment establishments. A step in this process was the acquisition of Cirkus in 2017. During 2022, Cirkus, Hasselbacken, Backstage Hotel and several venues on Djurgården will be gathered in an independent company - Cirkus Venues.
