We reply as soon as we can – sometimes right away, sometimes after a couple of days if things are busy in the ring.
You are welcome to call us at 08-660 10 20, the phone is manned on Wednesdays from 09:30 to 16:30. Please note that this applies to telephone support, not physical opening hours. Have your booking number ready to speed things up.
