General Purchase Terms – Cirkus Arena and Restaurant AB
1. Ticket Brokerage and Event Responsibility
Cirkus Arena and Restaurant AB acts as a venue and ticket broker for events organized by external organizers.
The organizer is solely responsible for the event's content, quality, execution, any changes, cancellation, or relocation.
Cirkus Arena and Restaurant AB is not responsible for the event's content or execution, only that the ticket is valid according to the purchase.
All questions and claims regarding the event's execution should be directed to the responsible organizer, unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. Personal Use and Resale
Tickets may only be purchased for personal use and may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes.
Private transfer of tickets is allowed in accordance with the functions provided in the ticketing system. Some tickets may be personal and require identification or special authorization documents at the entrance.
3. Canceled or Relocated Events
In the event of a canceled or significantly altered event, it is the organizer who decides on any refund.
After a decision from the organizer, Cirkus Arena and Restaurant AB, on the organizer's behalf, can administer ticket refunds. Any service or administration fees are not refunded.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of event tickets.
The Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) does not apply to time-specific events.
5. Service and Administration Fees
In addition to the ticket price, a service fee, administration fee, and possibly an order fee may apply. The fees are clearly specified at the time of purchase.
6. Ticket Validity
The ticket is a valuable document and allows one (1) entry. Entry is verified via digital or manual ticket control. Only the most recently valid ticket is accepted at the entrance.
7. Ticket Responsibility
The ticket purchaser is responsible for:
- checking the event, date, time, location, and price at purchase
- taking note of information about any changes
- ensuring that correct contact information is provided
8. Photography and Recording
Audio, image, and video recording are not allowed during the event unless the organizer permits it. Occasional photographs may be allowed if the event is not disturbed.
9. Applicable Law
Swedish law applies to purchases according to these terms.
GENERAL TERMS
1. Cirkus and the organizer reserve the right to cancel a booking if terms are not followed.
2. Cirkus or the event organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased from persons, organizations, or companies other than Cirkus, Ticketmaster, and Tixly.
3. If your seat becomes obstructed due to added or moved technical or stage equipment – contact the staff at the venue. Cirkus and the organizer will always try to offer a new seat if possible, but not for seats sold with “obstructed view,” “side view,” or similar. Objections to your seat must always be reported immediately, and after the event, your seat is considered approved by you.
