PURCHASE & CUSTOMER TERMS
Cirkus purchase and customer terms follow Ticketmaster's regular purchase terms with additions as below:
By purchasing a ticket for events at Cirkus and booking a table in our restaurant, you also agree to follow the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event or booking.
Cirkus rents out the arena and manages operations, but the organizer owns the event, ticket revenues, and decisions. This means it is up to each organizer to decide on any refunds. If you have questions about your ticket, we refer you to the organizer of your specific event.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Event
1. In the event of a cancelled event, the ticket price is refunded excluding the service fee and any other administrative fees.
2. Additional sales items not delivered before a cancelled event are refunded excluding the service fee and any administrative fees.
3. In the event of a rescheduled event, the ticket and any additional sales items are valid for the new date of the event.
4. In the event of a rescheduled event, if the new date of the event is not accepted by the customer, the ticket price and additional sales items are refunded excluding the service fee and administrative fees.
5. For a refund in the event of a rescheduled event, the ticket buyer must notify Cirkus, no later than 30 days after communication has been made that the event has been rescheduled, to request a refund. If such notification has not been sent, the ticket buyer is not entitled to a refund, and the ticket is valid for the new date of the event.
6. In the event of a cancelled event caused by factors outside Cirkus's control, such as government advice, decisions, restrictions, or the like, Cirkus has the right to apply different rules than those above regarding refunds. This depends on agreements between Cirkus and the organizer of the event in question.
7. Refunds are handled by the respective point of sale.
8. Other costs associated with a planned event visit, such as travel, hotel, etc., are not reimbursed.
General Terms
1. Cirkus and the organizer reserve the right to cancel a booking if terms are not followed.
2. Cirkus or the event organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased from persons, organizations, or companies other than Cirkus and Ticketmaster.
3. If your seat has an obstructed view due to added or moved technical or stage equipment, contact the arena staff. Cirkus and the organizer always try to offer a new seat if possible, but not for seats sold with 'obstructed view', 'side view', or similar. Complaints about your seat must always be reported immediately, and after the event, your seat is considered approved by you.
