About the show
After several years in New York, the move in spring 2022 was back home to Sweden again, and during the fall, Anna Ternheim participated as one of the hosts in TV4's Så mycket bättre. Spring 2023 will be a large
tour. In fine concert halls, at magical theaters, and at the classic Cirkus in Stockholm.
It is now confirmed that Amanda Werne (Slowgold) will join as support for the entire tour. Amanda will also guest Ternheim's band.
Anna Ternheim broke through in 2004 with the critically acclaimed album “Somebody Outside” and the following year she won both the P3 Guld and Grammis awards for “Newcomer of the Year”. In 2007, her second album “Separation Road” was awarded the P3 Guld prize for “Best Female Artist” and two Grammis for “Best Female Artist” and “Best Lyricist”. Since then, Anna has released a total of seven albums, resulting in tours and recordings in studios around the world.
The Gothenburg artist Amanda Werne has been part of Freddie Wadling's band, performed in På spåret, appeared on Jills Veranda, collaborated with Bob Hund, and released a total of seven albums under her musical alias Slowgold. Over the past decade, she has created her own musical universe. A mystical, beautiful, and suggestive world
where timeless, poetic stories are carried forward with the help of both distorted guitars and dreamy vocal excursions.
