About the show
A long-awaited return of Benny Andersson's Orchestra with Helen Sjöholm and Tommy Körberg at Cirkus in Stockholm on Tuesday, June 11. It has been five years since BAO last invited to dance, and now there is finally a new opportunity. A single concert, filmed by SVT.
Since 2001, BAO has recorded nearly 100 original compositions by Benny, mostly with lyrics by Björn Ulvaeus.
With their portable dance floor with colorful lights, they have traveled around summer Sweden inviting people to dance – from Helsingborg in the south to Piteå in the north. They have released 10 albums. They have been on Svensktoppen with many of their hits, including Du Är Min Man/Vår Sista Dans/Fait Accompli, and have been awarded four Grammis awards. All permeated by their common denominator – JOY OF PLAYING!!
