Christopher Cross

About the show
Christopher Cross broke through with a bang in 1980 with his self-titled debut album, a record that made music history when he won five Grammy Awards, including the prestigious 'Big Four': Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best New Artist. With the hit Sailing, he quickly became one of the most acclaimed artists of his generation.
Over a career spanning four decades, Cross has sold over ten million albums and has been awarded Grammys, an Oscar, and a Golden Globe. He co-wrote the Oscar-winning song Arthur’s Theme for the film Arthur with Burt Bacharach and followed up the successes with classics like Ride Like the Wind, Think of Laura, and All Right.
After the pandemic forced him to pause his anniversary tour, Christopher Cross is now back on stages worldwide. His concerts offer a journey through his entire career – from the early immortal hits to the melodic and elegant songs of recent years, performed with the same feeling and warmth as always.
On April 19, he takes the stage at Gothenburg Concert Hall and the following day at Cirkus in Stockholm. Two evenings filled with timeless music and unforgettable moments!
