From Di Leva to Bowie

On November 15, at Cirkus Arena in Stockholm, you are welcome to the critically acclaimed performance and a meeting between one of the world's perhaps most influential artists and Thomas Di Leva who can rightly be called Sweden's answer to David Bowie. In Thomas's own words, “Without David Bowie, I probably would never have become an artist at all.”
Life On Mars, Heroes, Let’s Dance, Under Pressure, Vem ska jag tro på? Vi har bara varandra, Vad är frihet?, Miraklet …the list of hits is long so this is a concert without a dull moment with songs of the absolute highest class.
Dagens Nyheter among others, praised CHANGES, Thomas Di Leva's tribute to David Bowie and wrote “Di Leva is eerily voice-like and recreates David Bowie's sound as close as possible.” As Thomas Di Leva himself says: – Bowie's pop-cultural work cannot be overestimated and cannot be emphasized enough – Bowie's unique creativity has not only influenced me but several generations of musicians, artists, ideas, and culture. My intention with this performance is to offer the audience a personal musical and visual journey, where my music and artistry meet David Bowie's significant song treasure.
