It has been over three decades since Lars Vegas Trio's Christmas album Lars Christmas was released. The Christmas album has sold 150,000 copies and been streamed millions of times online. For many, it has become as important a part of Christmas as Donald Duck and the Christmas tree.

In the show, treats from Lars Christmas are mixed with old and new from the orchestra's 35 years on stage. A high-energy show with the unique blend of humor and music that has become the trio's hallmark.
– It feels like this is getting bigger and bigger every year, says bandleader Lars Vegas, noting that it's not uncommon now to have three generations in the audience, all of whom have the Christmas album as a tradition.
