Nestor was formed back in 1989 but fell into a slumber that lasted for 3 decades. When the band resurrected again in 2021, their debut album “Kids In A Ghost Town” was also released. The album was praised by both critics and fans and was Grammy-nominated in the category “Rock/Metal of the Year”. Now they are back with their second, acclaimed album “Teenage Rebel” and a handful of festival performances around Europe.
With a luminous production and nostalgic authenticity, Nestor takes us back to the golden era of rock music, openly showing their influences from among others Bon Jovi and Aerosmith to Journey and Foreigner. Nestor gives us an 80s-scented rock filled with electric riffs and energetic synths that can be felt throughout the body.
At their young 30 years, NESTOR turns back time while being one of the hottest newcomers in modern rock music, with millions of streams on Spotify and hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. The band has shared the stage with some of rock's greatest pioneers like Alice Cooper, Def Leppard, and Europe. In 2022, they supported KISS in Stockholm and the summer of 2024 began with an unforgettable concert at Sweden Rock Festival.
This fall, the European tour Teenage Rebel Tour kicks off for real and on October 12, Nestor enters the venerable Cirkus in Stockholm.
