About the show
During the fall, Sweden's most iconic duo Norlie & KKV put their mark on the entire Så mycket bättre. It is now confirmed that there will be a tour in early spring 2023, for the first time the audience will get to experience the duo at the country's best concert halls.
– Finally, you will get to partake in the Love Story that we have been writing songs about for over a decade. Therefore, we want to create a completely new experience, both for us and for you. Together we will meet at carefully selected concert halls around Sweden. / Norlie & KKV
If someone had said that a forgotten dance band hit would suddenly become the first/biggest banger of the fall, maybe someone would have hesitated. When Norlie & KKV made Lasse Stefanz's “Nån som han (En man som han)” their own in Så Mycket bättre, they showed what incredible artists they are, no one could sit still. With a unique sound and a feel for the crowd-pleasing dance, Norlie & KKV once again proved that they are two of the country's absolute biggest.
In the second program of the season, Norlie & KKV reached a new peak when they interpreted Måns Zelmerlöw's classic “Cara Mia” with completely new lyrics in Swedish.
Since their debut in 2011, the duo has given us some of the biggest hits of modern times; “Tröjan du hatar”, “Ingen annan rör mig som du” and “Din Idiot” have made Sonny Fahlberg and Kim Vadenhag obvious audience favorites. Norlie & KKV have been nominated for countless awards, performed on the biggest stages, and collaborated with, among others, Estraden, Benjamin Ingrosso, and Junie.
Norlie & KKV's blend of cheeky pop with roots in hip-hop was a hint of where popular music was headed long before it got there. They have currently had 6 top 10 placements, 20 top 50 placements on the Spotify chart in Sweden, and their music has been streamed over half a billion times.
Norlie & KKV have toured constantly since the beginning and between the albums “Snart” (2013), “Alla våra låtar” (2016), and “Se på oss” (2019) released countless singles, collaborations, and remixes. The duo has managed to become popular in silence and has a strong bond with their army of fans who carry them through a career of almost exclusively peaks.
In early winter 2023, Norlie & KKV will embark on a tour to Sweden's best concert halls. It will be a different experience and it will be the first time the audience will experience the duo in this way. Even though there are seats in the auditoriums, the audience should expect not to sit down very much.
