P3 Gold

About the show
Once a year, P3 Gold shines the spotlight on Swedish music and all the artists who have elevated the Swedish music scene to another level. After last year's sold-out success at Cirkus in Stockholm, the 2026 gala will be more stylish, funnier, and closer to the audience than ever. Leading the way once again is the award-winning P3 profile and host Christopher Garplind, who will guide the audience through the year's most fun music party with warmth, sharpness, and a dose of attitude.
– I had so much fun at Cirkus last winter that I would most likely have gone into a long, deep, and perhaps life-threatening depression if I hadn't been asked to host P3 Gold once more. See you in January! I'm looking forward to it, says Christopher Garplind.
During the evening, there will be a series of musical performances. With a year of clubby singles and a nomination for Song of the Year, Agnes brings the disco-flirting dance track EGO to the gala – for her first gala performance in several years.
Yukimi, with her band Little Dragon, has been an integral part of the international alternative electronic scene for several decades.
Fanny Avonne & Tjuvjakts long-runningTusen spänn, which is nominated in the Song of the Year category, has not escaped anyone this year. They promise a mashup created uniquely for the P3 audience, with a mix of pop melodies and smooth hip-hop flow.
Deki Alem, known for their raw and at the same time melodic genre-crossing music, are also nominated for Album of the Year. Now, for the first time, they bring their uncompromising live energy to the P3 Gold stage, for a performance beyond the ordinary.
WithWho are you? twice-nominated Saga Faye has emerged as one of the most interesting new pop voices of the past year, both at home and in Europe. At P3 Gold, the audience will experience her diary entries in pop format live.
After the gala, the party continues in the Cirkus premises!
