Sven Ingvars, one of Sweden's most beloved bands, is giving a series of exclusive concerts under the name Our Songs & Ballads. In October, they will visit the grand Cirkus in Stockholm for four concerts.
For Sven Ingvars, songs have always been an important part of their musical history. The songs have a life of their own and are written into our musical DNA, says Oscar Magnusson. From traditional ballads to their own classics.
From Lapplisa's Guldgrävarsången (My Guitar) to A Little Bit of Värmeland, there runs a red thread of love for the song tradition. Add to that the ballads that over the years have found their way into listeners' hearts and become some of the band's most appreciated songs – and we have several magical concerts to look forward to.
These exclusive concerts offer a new dimension of Sven Ingvars' music, where the audience can expect an atmospheric evening. The band weaves together their long career and history with new arrangements.
