Sweden's elite for interpreting Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, and Jerry Lee Lewis have finally reunited in their original lineup, in a brand new show! A unique group, all recognized and praised in their own way, including their breakthroughs as finalists in TV4's 'Sikta Mot Stjärnorna'.
“Sweden's Elvis”; Henrik Åberg took Sweden by storm in 1995 with his interpretation of 'Blue Hawaii'. Henrik possesses a truly unique voice that captures Elvis's singing soul in a way like no other. And of course, it's Henrik who is seen and heard in the casino commercials on TV!
Johnny Duvert takes on the role of Roy Orbison. His haunting version of the original has even earned compliments from Roy Orbison's son! Johnny, who has also performed with the likes of James Brown, possesses one of Europe's most authentic Orbison voices.
Jerry Carlson – is undoubtedly Sweden's Jerry Lee Lewis. His wild interpretations of the icon's rock’n’roll and country songs are known far beyond Sweden's borders and are praised by the Lewis family. As the original's sister says; 'Jerry Carlson – is my favorite impersonator of my brother!'. Jerry can also count himself among Sweden's foremost nostalgia show producers!
A hot news for the tour is also Cecilia Karlsson who became Dolly Parton with the entire Swedish people when she won her final in TV4's 'Sikta Mot Stjärnorna'. In recent years, we have seen Cecilia as a singer in the supergroup 'Rednex'. We are very proud to present her and parts of Dolly's song treasure during the autumn tour – together with The Legends!
Prepare for a fantastic comeback this fall – in The Legends' original lineup – as it was created in 2001! Once again with the demon producer Jerry Carlson at the helm!
