This year's show brings us the best of the best; The Legends' most popular features through the years – since the start in 2001! ”In The Ghetto”, ”Handle Wiith Care”, ”Bonnie B” and of course ”Suspicious Minds”, ”Blue Bayou”, ”Great Balls Of Fire” and many more. In the versions, we are treated to recreations of arrangements by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra – among new exciting and surprising elements!
We see Paul Larcombe from England perform his fantastic interpretation of ”The King” – Elvis Presley. Paul has received many awards during his career; among others, he has been named Europe's best Elvis interpreter by Elvis Presley Enterprises in Memphis, USA. In another competition, he was ranked 3rd in the world – and in March this year, he became the ”Ultimate Elvis Champion” in a major competition in England!
Roy Orbison is portrayed by Johnny Duvert, who broke through in Sikta Mot Stjärnorna as his role model. In his ghostly version of the icon, one begins to wonder if Roy Orbison hasn't actually been resurrected! Johnny Duvert's accurate portrayal of the original has even led Roy Orbison's son to reach out with praise!
Jerry Carlson alias Jerry Lee Lewis performs Jerry Lee Lewis in a way like no other – and it encompasses his entire career from rock’n’roll to country. Like Mr. Duvert, he had his breakthrough in ”Sikta Mot Stjärnorna”. He recently did a fantastic show on French TV for 4 million viewers.
