Tori Amos

About the show
On May 20, the legendary singer-songwriter and pianist Tori Amos makes her entrance at Cirkus in Stockholm with her new tour In Times of Dragons – her largest European tour in over a decade. It will be an evening where her magical voice and intense piano playing meet personal stories and strong presence. Tickets release Friday, October 10, 2025.
Since her debut with the album Little Earthquakes in 1992, the North American artist Tori Amos has created a unique musical universe characterized by a strong storytelling ability and a completely unique tone. With her poetic lyrics, intense piano playing, and charismatic stage presence, she has established herself over three decades as one of the most influential voices in alternative pop and rock with over 12 million albums sold and eight Grammy nominations.
Tori Amos is now current with her eighteenth studio album In Times of Dragons, a work that continues her tradition of combining the personal and the political. The album is a powerful journey through resistance, awakening, and longing for freedom where the fight against oppression meets the desire to speak with one's own voice. “In Times of Dragons is a metaphorical story about the struggle between democracy and tyranny, and a reflection on our contemporary times,” says Amos.
The upcoming tour marks Amos's largest European venture in ten years, with concerts in 17 countries during April and May 2026. On stage, she is accompanied by her long-time collaborators Jon Evans (musical director and bass) and Ash Soan (drums), as well as three backup singers – Liv Gibson, Deni Hlavlinka, and Hadley Kennary. The audience can look forward to songs from In Times of Dragons along with classics from her 35-year career.
