World premiere at Nya Cirkus for Isabella Lundgren's new concert project at Stockholm Jazz Festival 2023!
With dramatic and passionate music from the American Songbook. Music composed and performed by some of music history's most iconic, powerful, and insane women.
They are called “The queens of heartache”- Billie Holliday, Judy Garland, Edith Piaf, Maria Callas, Shirley Bassey & Barbra Streisand. The women who threw themselves into the music with great emotions, who broke the hearts of both the audience and themselves. It is the American songbook's greatest “Arias” about heartbreak, longing, and rising up, over and over again.
Isabella Lundgren is one of Sweden's absolute foremost jazz singers and a world-class artist. With a fantastic voice and unique intensity, she has, like few others, the ability to captivate her audience.

About Liselotte Östblom
Liselotte Östblom is a Swedish vocalist, artist, multi-instrumentalist, and composer whose talent is bubbling on the international jazz scene. She now returns from her base in London to Stockholm Jazz for an intimate solo setup of her voice, piano, and effect pedals that will showcase her virtuosic producer talent in live electronics and her song creation from scratch.
